I've decided to start writing some notes weekly, describing what I've been up to.
Lets see if I'm able to keep up 
Highlights
This week has been pretty regular, 40-hour work week, part of the large corporate machine. However, it was my mom's birthday last Wednesday, which she celebrated at home. I was working from home that day, and while I did focus on my job, I of course had a slice of cake as well.
Me, my dad, bother, and sister-in-law got her a present a couple weeks prior: a robot vacuum: the Roborock Q5 Max+. And she's generally really happy with it. It's already a lot better than the robot vacuum she had previously, which got stuck on the regular.
I've started to draw a little more as well. I drew one of my characters, and it turned out pretty nicely. I think.
And I'm working on another piece involving her as well:
Besides that, I may or may not have started drafting up a new redesign for my portfolio. Which is funny because I didn't even finish the redesign for this current one. But I'm pretty excited about where this version is going. I feel like my personality will shine through a lot more.
I read an article by Sophie Koonin here, which really motivated me to try again. Mainly because of this line:
Experiment in production, write bad code and ship it. If you screw it up, just revert. Undo. This site deploys in <30 seconds, so nobody would ever know I messed it up (and I have, repeatedly).

So, once again my digital call to arms: build your own website. Make it fun. Make it pointless. But most importantly: make it yours.
Consumed
Minecraft: Last week I was sick and decided to pick up Minecraft again with a friend. Since then, I've been playing again occasionally. Which is pretty fun since I've been out of it for a while and a bunch of new things were added that I haven't discovered before.
Flikken Maastricht: My parents have been binging this show for some reason. And while I usually just hang around and watch TikTok videos or draw on my iPad, I do pick up bits and pieces of this show.
K3 en Het Magische Medallion: I can't believe I've done this, but yesterday night while laying in bed, I watched this entire movie from my TikTok For You Page?? The movie is incredibly nostalgic for me, though, so it was fun to rewatch.
