Another week.. another week notes...
Highlights
This week on Monday we said goodbye to three of our colleagues at work who were leaving the company for varying reasons. It was quite bittersweet. We had some cake and snacks and played a couple of boardgames. It's a shame they left, but I hope it gives them a good opportunity to expand and grow as people. Or something.
I also went to the dentist this week to kick off a procedure that'll hopefully up my dental confidence a bit. When I was a teen, I had a lot of struggles when it came to dental health and upkeep, and I'm still suffering from the consequences now even though my dental health has improved significantly.
On Wednesday I had another DrawClub session. I don't have anything to show as I didn't finish my drawing, but it was nice to see the club members again, as per usual.
Last Thursday my friends and I tried to score tickets for Lady Gaga, who's coming to Amsterdam later this year. Well... that was absolutely hopeless. A friend landed on spot 10,000 in the waitlist, and I started at 1600. By the time I got in, it was COMPLETELY sold out. But that was kind of expected, so we weren't terribly disappointed.
Today (Friday) I'm going to the Minecraft Movie with my friends, which will be... interesting. We're kind of going as a joke but not gonna lie, I'd do it for Emma Myers and Danielle Brooks.
Consumed
The Wheel Of Time: Started on season 3, which has been pretty good so far. Episode 1 was great; it really felt like they upped the budget for this season compared to the others.
Hell Let Loose: Still going...
