Highlights
69 nice.
Last Sunday we celebrated fathers day + my dads birthday where we gifted him the Bambulab P1S Combo, a 3d printer. Since then we've been messing around with it, printing random stuff like boats and whistles. Pretty fun. I think it'll be a fun tool to use for tinkering.
On Wednesday I played a friendly Icehockey match with my team against the youth team. It was fun, but WAY too hot. I'm surprised nobody passed out. The day after I was crazy enough to go play Icehockey again, but I did leave after the first hour.
And on the topic of heat, the airconditioning broke in the office so I've been suffering and I'm lowkey angry that we're being treated this way.
On a fun note, I bought an ASUS Prime Radeon RX 9070 OC Edition graphics card which I'm pretty excited about. It was pretty expensive but I desperately needed an upgrade as I'm running a RTX 2060 currently. The new card arrives on Saturday so I have the weekend to mess around with it. Hopefully it'll cool down enough so my PC doesn't overheat right away.
Also, the past two weeks I've been busy rebuilding my website (again). I wanted to switch away from using Nuxt and Storyblok and go HTML first instead. Initially I tried out Eleventy for this, but now I am making it all by myself, writing my own build script and parser that turns markdown pages into html. I've gotten pretty far already, the base of it is done, I just need to enhance everything now. So yeah this might be my last post using Storyblok.
Song of the week
Consumed
Widow's Bay: Watched most of the third episode and unfortunately it just doesn't get me so I won't continue watching it.
House of the Dragon season 3: Yay new season!!! First episode was really good and I'm excited for the following episodes.
Disclosure Day: I really enjoyed this movie so I was really surprised to see all the negative reviews online. Maybe everyone had a certain expectation? I just went for Emily Blunt and had a great time.
