Highlights
Not yet my last post using Storyblok. I ended up coming up with a design that's quite different from what I have right now so it'll take a little longer.
Last weekend my new graphics card arrived, which was near plug-and-play. I just had to update my BIOS which I hadn't done since I bought the motherboard in 2020 or so. Besides that everything worked right away, which was already a lot easier than my Nvidia card.
The jump up in performance is really impressive. I remember God of War Ragnarok barely running at 30 fps low settings in some areas, now it's at a stable 120 fps with the highest settings.
I am a little overwhelmed now with all the games I can play now though, so I haven't used my PC a whole lot in the past week.
On Wednesday I went to the Drawclub where I worked on some drawings for my new blog design. You'll see the result of that soon enough. I hope.
Tomorrow(Friday) I'm going to the Archeon Summerfair with a friend. For past events I've been pretty feminine, wearing dresses and corsets. This time I'm going for a knight-ish look. I've been spending the entire week 3d-printing a chainmail coif. I hope I can finish printing and assembling it just in time, but it'll be tight.
