Dear Diary,
Sometimes I wonder if I should continue writing these blogposts as I'm aware they can be quite cringe but then again, at least I have a blog and am writing stuff. If anything, it's a nice way to keep a log of my life. Maybe I'll one day turn the posts into PDF's and turn them into a memory book or whatever.
Anyway,
Last week we celebrated SinterKerstEnNieuw with my colleagues. Had some pretty good food and I was gifted a Pop figure of Ciri from The Witcher and a Tarot card set from Agatha All Along, I'm not very spiritual so never looked into Tarot a lot but I love Agatha All Along so I was really happy with the present. According to the cards I'm a Fire Witch. So yeah.
On Wednesday we had another Drawclub session in which we did a game using dice and swapping drawings etc. It was a nice switch up from what we usually do, though the night before I was laying awake in bed inspired to draw something but didn't get to doing that. Maybe next time. (Imagine drawing outside of the Drawclub)
Tonight (Friday) we'll be celebrating Sinterklaas with my family which I'm looking forward to.

Pluribus: Started watching this and might have watched all five (up till now) episodes in a single sitting... Wow I love this show?? Spoilers: When you look at the premise of this show you might think, meh, another end of the world show/movie but it's actually really good. I love the main character AND love that the show keeps most of the focus on her as well. Also, I really like how emotional the "hive mind" is. Them freaking out when Carol expresses strong emotions towards them, them giving her the silent treatment when she's mistreated them too much... Love it. I wonder how much of the way the hive mind acts is inspired by Large Language Models and the way they also try to do everything to make the user happy, even when it might be dangerous. And in that case I love that it seems to be so inspired by AI while it's not doing anything involving it at all. (5/5)
The Running Man: typical action movie. Enjoyable enough! (3/5)
